Breeding Program

 

Our breeding program focuses on three major factors:

 

We are a preservation breeder. Above all, we breed to adhere to the standard set forth by the Labrador Retriever Club.

Secondly, we breed for health. The Labrador is the number one breed in America. We feel that by screening our dogs for genetic disorders that commonly affect Labradors we will eventually be able to eliminate these issues from our breed.

 

Thirdly, we breed for temperament. We use a program called Puppy Culture to raise each and every one of our puppies. Through the use of behavioral science we are able to shape our puppies into confident and well socialized adults. We strive to donate a puppy from each of our litters to a service dog organization and many of our past puppies have successfully graduated their training programs.
